Chocolate and tea are two foods that are surprisingly complex in their varieties and the way processing affects their flavors. In our Tea and Chocolate Tasting you will get to sample Tea Punk Tea varieties (presented by Tea Punk’s own Genevieve Dodd) paired with different styles of chocolate (as presented by Amber Royer, author of foodie-centric space opera Free Chocolate) and learn how to talk about them.
