In this workshop Clay Neves, President of Personal Sales Dynamics, will explore how closing the sale actually begins with the first "hello." Learn what the steps are that must be taken early on in the sales process to assure a sale is closed and an ongoing committed customer relationship commences. We'll also discuss how to turn sales presentations into commitment conversations, and how to use questioning sequences to lead the customer to the most appropriate buying decision.
