Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach (ORMACO) presents the sounds of Russia on Sunday, January 14, 2018, from 2-3 pm, as Siberian-born balalaika virtuoso, Oleg Kruglyakov, charms the audience with the warm sounds of this triangular, wooden Russian stringed musical instrument at the Wadsworth Public Library, 132 Broad Street, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281.

Hailing from Omsk, Siberia in Russia, but now a Clevelander, Oleg Kruglyakov began playing balalaika at age seven and was educated at the renowned Ekaterinburg Conservatory, studying conducting as was as balalaika. Oleg taught at the Irkutsk School of Music, Perm College of Music and the Perm Institute of Culture. An international performer, Oleg formed “Russian Duo” with Terry Boyarksy in 2007. He has four albums: one with his ensemble in Russia, one with “Moscow Nights” and two with “Russian Duo."
