Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims/Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that I am entering the Winter Hemp Summit Virtual Conference to participate in the online event. In consideration for granting me permission to enter and participate in this event, and on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives, I hereby agree to release WAFBA, LLC, Winter Hemp Summit Virtual Conference and Colorado Hemp Company a limited liability company, as follows:
All attendee ticket sales are final and there are no ticket refunds. Tickets are transferable. Attendees assume all risk incidental to participation in the virtual event, and release management, its employees and agents against any claims.
I have read, understand, and agree to the cancellation policy, terms and conditions and liabilities listed above.
I authorize WAFBA, LLC to charge the amount specified within the said purchase to the designated credit card. Winter Hemp Summit and Colorado Hemp Company are trade names of WAFBA, LLC.
